Policy

Please peruse the policy and terms of usage. By commissioning me you accept and confirm that you hereby have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. Taking part of these conditions and understanding the fundamentals of them is required in order to issue a commission from me.

» I retain the right to cancel or reject commissions. In the highly unlikely event of a cancellation by the Artist, the Commissioner gets refunded in full.

» Once a commission has been initiated, refunds will not be issued to the commissioner should they choose to cancel the commission.

» The time span given is an approximate. This entails that should the artist need to extend deadline, it is then within the right of the artist to do so.

» I maintain the right to showcase the commisions for publicity and portfolio at my website and social media.

» Commission process might be livestreamed. It is assumed that it is permitted to do so unless commissioner expresses wish against it before commission process is started. The Artist also maintains the right whether or not to stream the commission process.

» Commissions are not always prioritised in the order they were placed and it is within the right of the Artist to do so without having to disclose a specific reason for this.

» Payment is handled through Paypal invoice. You can either pay in full, or receive an invoice whereas you can pay half and half. However, this is discussed between the Commissioner and the Artist beforehand.

TERMS OF USAGE

All commissions by me are eligible for limited commercial use. This entails the right to use my work for profile pictures, streaming, banners etc. If you wish to obtain merchendise rights, however, please contact me with this inquiry and we shall discsuss proper compensation and distribution.

» Do not remove the watermark on any of the material you have commissioned from me.

» Do not alter or discredit my commissions in any shape or form. Altering in this context refers to the act of visually changing any of my work. This includes changing the rigging, altering the art (adding outfits from other artists, changing the hair colour etc) and more. Using props and stickers is permitted. The model is a visual representation of my work and a combined vision of mine and the commissioner and should the work be altered it henceforth results in a lack of alignement and misrepresentation of my branding. If you're unsure, ask.

» It is not allowed to commercially redistribute a design or model commissioned of me without permission. This includes re-selling it on third party websites or in private.

» It is not allowed to use my work as reference for AI-projects. I do not consent.

» Do not redistribute model files to websites or third parties without permission. Only the PSD is allowed to share to other artists in the purpose of having it rigged.
